A competition shows data only when Phoenix Scout holds it from an authorized source, and every table names that source. When a source is temporarily unavailable, the last published data stays and is marked as delayed: a competition is never shown as offline because a feed is down.
“Live now” appears only while a live source is actually updating a match. Where no live feed exists, authorized Phoenix Scout operators can log matches; otherwise the page says the live feed is unavailable.
